Adil Shah is a Technical Pilot on the Boeing 777 fleet at Air India, with over 18 years of aviation experience and more than 10,000 flight hours, including extensive command experience on the Airbus A320 family. His career has been defined by a strong focus on safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory development, contributing to key initiatives such as Flight Duty Time Limitations (FDTL) frameworks and fleet performance improvements.
Alongside his aviation career, he has been actively involved in the cryptocurrency space since 2013, gaining hands-on experience across mining, trading, and peer-to-peer markets, with a deep understanding of evolving financial ecosystems.
As Director at Mindless Pandora, Adil brings together his expertise in aviation, finance, and technology to build practical, automation-driven solutions. Under this umbrella, he is involved in developing CryptoShatabdi and leading Air Shatabdi—an upcoming platform focused on aviation-related solutions.
